WE ARE SUPER EXCITED TO FINALLY BE TEAMING UP WITH CORAZON DE TIERRA AND TROIKA FOR A VERY SPECIAL VALENTINE'S DAY DINNER IN THE VALLE DE GUADALUPE. EXECUTIVE CHEF DIEGO HERNANDEZ FROM CORAZON DE TIERRA MADE THE LIST OF LATIN AMERICA'S TOP 50 BEST RESTAURANTS IN 2014. CORAZON ALSO GOT VOTED BEST HOTEL RESTAURANT BY TRAVEL+LEISURE IN 2012. THE RESTAURANT RESTS WITHIN THE PROPERTY OF LA VILLA DEL VALLE, A BOUTIQUE BED AND BREAKFAST HOTEL THAT ALSO HAS A WINERY CALLED VENA CAVA. THE PROPERTY HAS ITS OWN VINEYARD AND A SMALL FARM THAT SENDS ALL ITS PRODUCE TO THE KITCHEN AT CORAZON AND THE ONSITE FOOD TRUCK TROIKA. 

TROIKA'S MENU IS A CREATION BETWEEN DIEGO HERNANDEZ AND KRISTA VELAZCO WHO IS THE HEAD CHEF AT CERVECERIA WENDLANDT'S BREWPUB. TROIKA SYMBOLIZES "A COMMITTEE OF THREE" AND IN THIS CASE THE THREE PARTNERS THAT HAVE TEAMED UP ARE VENA CAVA WINERY, CERVCECERIA WENDLANDT AND CORAZON DE TIERRA. THIS FOOD TRUCK SERVES UP SOME TASTY BITES LIKE LECHÓN (ROASTED SUCKLING PIG) SLIDERS, RIB SLIDERS AND PULPO TOSTADAS. SURROUNDED BY AN IMPRESSIVE VIEW OF THE VALLE DE GUADALUPE AND SET AMIDST A BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPE COMPRISED OF A SMALL LAKE, OLD BOATS AND A MOBILE BAR YOU ARE SURE TO FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE.
